Ireland’s Roadmap For Reopening Society & Business may be the first government coronavirus recovery plan to specifically address music festivals.
The Irish government’s 23-page document details five phases. Phase one—essentially strict social distancing with an allowance for small groups of four people to socialize at a distance outdoors—begins on May 18th. Each phase could last as little as three weeks, with “potential reintroduction of measures if an upsurge in disease occurs.”
