Australia: ”Decline of Surfers Paradise nightclubs ‘devastating for some, a reward for others”’

The Surfers Paradise Licensed Venues Association says despite the easing of coronavirus restrictions, “there’s no change” to the dire economic outlook for nightclubs.

From Friday, nightclubs can reopen provided the venue has four square metres of space per person and patrons remain seated.
