Hi, I'm Niklas, a dedicated researcher specialising in sustainable urban development. I work within the Urban Governance Innovation team at the Urban Systems Engineering Department of Fraunhofer IAO. My focus is on transforming cities into livable and ecologically responsible environments. I explore the interaction between nature and urban spaces and engage with a diverse group of people, valuing collaborative efforts towards sustainable advancements. I have been passionately involved in researching urban nightscapes and the interplay between nocturnal ecology since I started at Fraunhofer IAO.
